$20.00/Hr.

Shift:

Tuesday -Saturday 2pm-11pm Su-M 4pm-1am and T-Th 5pm-2am Duties and Responsibilities Create operating records for scheduled and ad hoc truck routes in internal systems Coordinate the recovery of cargo from CFS facilities or third-party locations for induction into the ground network Prepare documentation for freight transfers, including load manifests and bills of lading Manage system updates to ensure accurate tracking and recordkeeping Receive and inspect inbound and transfer freight as required Identify potential operational delays or capacity constraints within the ground network Assist in activating contingency plans, including arranging additional trucks and rerouting freight as needed Record system delays and perform root cause analysis as necessary Support documentation processes, including export/import consolidation and workflow monitoring Ensure proper equipment is available at regional branches to support operations Perform service provider evaluations and maintain CRM records Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Experience in warehousing or freight terminal operations preferred Familiarity with internal freight/logistics systems and Microsoft Office Suite About Ascend Staffing Ascend Staffing has been connecting great people with real opportunities for over 50 years.
