Our Real Estate Association is seeking a resourceful, self-sufficient, and dedicated Association Executive (AE) to lead our daily operations. As a one-person administrative operation, you will serve as the backbone of our organization—executing all operational, compliance, and financial tasks. This dynamic role requires a blend of hands-on daily execution and strategic alignment with our Board of Directors.

This is an in-office position located at our association headquarters. What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities):
Full Financial Management:
Oversee all bookkeeping, invoicing, member dues, budgeting, and financial reporting. QuickBooks mastery is required.
Day-to-Day Operations:
Manage the association's physical office and administrative needs, acting as the primary point of contact for members, partners, and the public.
Industry Travel:
Represent the association at designated state and national industry conferences, board meetings, and professional networking events.
Board Collaboration:
Coordinate directly with the Board of Directors to execute strategic goals, maintain corporate governance, and ensure compliance with association bylaws. What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
Real Estate Administrative Background:
You must know the real estate industry. If you have never been an Association Executive before, a strong, proven background in real estate administration is strictly required .
Financial Software Proficiency:
Advanced working knowledge and hands-on experience with QuickBooks is mandatory.
MLS Platform Familiarity:
Experience with Navica or any MLS platform is a major plus. We have upgraded platforms in the past, so we value a tech-savvy professional who can adapt to software changes and leverage training to master our tools.
Independence:
Proven ability to manage a one-person office independently, prioritize workflows, and handle diverse tasks with minimal supervision.
