Job Description
The CEO will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership while serving as the organizations, chief advocate, spokesperson, and community ambassador. The successful candidate will lead a talented executive team, community partnerships, advanced fundraising efforts, and ensure the delivery of high-quality that lives of the clients they serve.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and developing teams, budgeting/fiscal responsibility, and program development.
- Leadership role within a non profit organization preferred but not required. (those with experience working with the developmental disabled community a plus)
- Strong business and financial acumen with with to oversee budgets, manage resources responsibly, and ensure organizational sustainability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with key personnel, including officers, directors, donors and others within the local and state organization
- Proven track record of creating and expanding programs, securing philanthropic support, while serving as a visible and engaged leader within the community.
Pay:
$125,000.00- $175,000.
