Provide visionary leadership and drive meaningful impact as the Chief Executive Officer of New Hope Village in Carroll, Iowa! Permanent | Onsite The Position The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide operational leadership and strategic direction for New Hope Village, overseeing all organizational operations while advancing the mission, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring exceptional services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will have responsibility for a team of five direct reports. The CEO will be tasked with providing organizational stability, fostering a mission-driven culture, reinforcing best practices, and guiding the organization through meaningful operational change. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading organizational transformation, building strong relationships across the organization and community through integrity, humility, collaboration, and transparent communication. Requirements Bachelor's degree required; master's degree is strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including executive-level leadership. Experience within an organization serving those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) is strongly preferred. Compensation Range The base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000 annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses. The total compensation for the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The base salary range listed above is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
