Job Description:

The Manufacturing Engineer supports production operations by developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes, tools, and workflows. This role ensures products are built efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality, cost, and delivery targets while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing specifications Identify and recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate production process and evaluate potential changes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in either Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience At least 3 - 4 years' of Manufacturing engineering experience Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S
