We are seeking a visionary leader who blends sharp business acumen with deep empathy to guide this exceptional program into its next chapter of community impact. Key Responsibilities Champion the
Mission:
Serve as the primary, high-visibility advocate for the organization to all internal and external stakeholders.
Drive Strategic Growth:
Partner closely with the Board of Directors to design and execute multi-year strategic growth plans.
Inspire Organizational Culture:
Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing, and inclusive workplace environment where diverse talent thrives.
Cultivate Partnerships:
Build strong, lasting relationships with donors, corporate partners, funders, and community advocates.
Optimize Financial Resources:
Maximize Medicaid revenue streams while aggressively expanding private fundraising initiatives.
Ensure Operational Excellence:
Maintain a financially sound, compliant organization by overseeing a complex budget and long-term sustainability plans. What You Bring to the
Role Executive Leadership:
5+ years of senior executive experience (CEO, Executive Director, or VP level) leading teams and strategy.
Sector Expertise:
Deep knowledge of the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) sector, including complex Medicaid reimbursement and compliance systems.
Fundraising & Relationship Acumen:
Proven track record of engaging, inspiring, and securing major gifts from sophisticated donors and foundations.
Financial Stewardship:
Strong mastery of P&L management, budget optimization, and long-term financial modeling.
Educational Background:
