Following the retirement of a long-tenured and highly respected leader, the next CEO will have the opportunity to build upon an extraordinary legacy while shaping the future of one of the nation's most respected hunger-relief organizations. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO serves as the organization's chief strategist, ambassador, and culture leader. This individual will provide visionary leadership, ensure financial sustainability, advance strategic priorities, foster innovation, and strengthen MOFC's role as a regional and national leader in hunger relief and community well-being. The CEO will serve as the public face of the organization, building strong relationships with donors, foundations, healthcare systems, elected officials, corporate partners, and community stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a highly relational, mission-driven, and strategic executive who combines bold vision with disciplined execution. The Board seeks an engaging leader with exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and a demonstrated ability to lead complex organizations and inspire diverse stakeholders.
