$65,000-$75,000 (based on experience and demonstrated results)

Working directly alongside the owner, you'll help build one of Arizona's leading wellness brands while taking ownership of the business's daily execution. The owner will provide the vision and strategic direction—you'll be responsible for leading the team, driving revenue, improving operations, and ensuring the business consistently executes at a high level. Success in this role comes down to one thing: accountability. We're looking for a leader who can build and manage high-performing teams, create systems that drive consistency, and hold people accountable to clear expectations and measurable results. Core Responsibilities Leadership Lead the daily operation of the studio with minimal oversight. Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team. Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing team development. Set the standard for leadership, communication, and client experience. Sales & Business Growth Own studio revenue, membership, and profitability goals. Coach the team on consultations, sales, and client retention. Monitor KPIs and implement strategies that improve performance. Ensure every lead receives exceptional follow-up through the CRM. Partner with the owner to execute promotions, events, and growth initiatives. Operations Oversee all day-to-day studio operations. Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and operational expenses. Maintain exceptional facility standards and operational consistency. Improve systems and processes that increase efficiency and profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Client Experience Deliver an exceptional client experience during every visit. Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally. Improve client retention and long-term relationships. Support consultations and personalized wellness recommendations. Community Engagement Build relationships with physicians, local businesses, fitness facilities, and community organizations. Represent RISE throughout the community. Support workshops, educational events, and local partnerships that grow brand awareness. What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you'll: Build and lead a high-performing team. Improve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency. Increase memberships and client retention. Create systems that allow the business to continue growing. Operate the studio with confidence and minimal direction from ownership. Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Leads with accountability and holds yourself and others to a high standard. Has a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams. Creates systems that improve consistency, efficiency, and execution. Enjoys coaching, developing, and motivating people. Is organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing KPIs. Takes ownership, solves problems, and follows through. Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Has a passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed. Preferred Experience 3+ years of leadership or management experience. Experience leading teams in wellness, healthcare, fitness, hospitality, or another service-based business. Proven success growing revenue and developing people. Experience with CRM, POS, scheduling, and reporting systems. Comfortable managing KPIs, team performance, and business operations.
Pay:
