$250K-280K+ base, plus 40% Annual Bonus + Equity/LTI Are you an IT operations leader who thrives on building resilient infrastructure, developing exceptional teams, and driving enterprise-wide transformation? A growing retail organization is seeking a Vice President of IT Operations to lead the technology powering its stores, distribution centers, and corporate operations. Reporting to the CIO, you will: Lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, networks, service delivery, and store technology. Modernize operations through automation, observability, and site reliability engineering. Strengthen IT service management, incident response, and operational performance. Build and mentor high-performing teams while managing strategic technology partners. Shape a multiyear technology strategy supporting business growth. Exciting Aspects of the Role Play a key role in building the vision, strategy, and IT roadmap for the IT organization. Company experiencing tremendous growth. Must have 10+ years in IT infrastructure, operations, or service delivery. Must have 5+ years in senior technology leadership. Must have retail, POS, or distributed multisite operations experience. Must have experience with hybrid cloud, ITIL/ITSM, vendor management, and enterprise budget.
