The Senior Restaurant Performance Analyst plays a critical role in driving restaurant performance by transforming operational and financial data into actionable insights that improve profitability and support strategic growth. Working cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and support teams, this hands-on role develops analytical tools, evaluates business performance, and partners with restaurant leaders to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Develop and maintain margin improvement strategies focused on sales growth, labor optimization, productivity, and cost management while protecting guest and team member experience. Build and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, scorecards, and financial insights that enable leaders to make informed business decisions. Partner with Field Operations and cross-functional teams to translate operating results into clear recommendations and actionable improvement plans. Prepare performance insights and presentation materials for Period Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and restaurant-level meetings. Collaborate with Data and Technology teams to improve reporting automation, self-service analytics, and the practical application of emerging tools and technologies. Identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps across company-owned restaurants and provide strategic recommendations to support operational excellence. Conduct ad hoc analysis and special projects to support evolving business priorities and strategic initiatives What You Bring Strong financial and analytical acumen - you can build the model and explain it on one slide A builder's mindset: comfortable creating structure where little exists today, not just running an established process Fluency with restaurant economics (prime cost, food and labor %, sales per labor hour, menu mix, COGS variance) is a strong plus Hands-on with BI, AI and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and comfort working with POS and operational data A clear, credible communicator High accountability, intellectual curiosity, and the courage to dig deep and push back when necessary
Education/ Experience:
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, restaurant operations, hospitality analytics, or a related field; experience supporting multi-unit operations preferred.
