We are seeking an exceptional Vice President of Operations to lead a quickly growing Company, drive operational excellence, build winning teams, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This position provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership for a portfolio of security services businesses with full profit and loss accountability . The portfolio includes security guarding, mobile patrol and alarm response, electronic security and access control systems, mobile surveillance trailers, background screening, and other integrated security solutions. The VP is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth , operational excellence , client retention, employee engagement, and profitability across multiple portfolios and service lines. This executive partners closely with Sales, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Technology, and Risk Management to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while advancing the organization's strategic priorities. As a senior business leader, the VP develops high-performing leadership teams, promotes a culture of accountability , safety, innovation, and inclusion, and ensures compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and company standards. Develop and execute annual and multi-year business strategies that support organizational growth and market leadership. Lead a diverse portfolio of security service lines, ensuring alignment across operations, sales, finance, technology, and customer success. Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, competitive threats, and expansion opportunities. Maintain full Profit & Loss responsibility for the assigned business portfolio. Achieve or exceed revenue, EBITDA, operating income, cash flow, and margin objectives. Provide leadership and oversight for multiple operational managers and operational leadership teams. Ensure consistent execution of operational standards across all service lines including Security Guarding, Mobile Patrol, Alarm Response, Electronic Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance Solutions, Mobile Surveillance Trailers, Background Screening Services, Integrated Security Programs Build and maintain executive relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Drive industry-leading client retention through proactive relationship management and exceptional service delivery. Partner with Sales leadership to develop strategic account plans and pursue new business opportunities. Support cross-selling and expansion of integrated security services across existing customer portfolios. Participate in executive-level sales presentations, contract negotiations, and client reviews (QBRs). Ensure customer feedback is actively measured and incorporated into continuous improvement initiatives. Foster a culture of employee engagement, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning. Who You Are & What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Management, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA or advanced business degree. 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience within the security services, facilities services, or related business services industry. Minimum of 5 years leading multi-location operations with full P&L accountability. Demonstrated success managing businesses exceeding significant annual revenue targets. Experience leading integrated security solutions including guarding, mobile services, and security technology. Proven success driving profitable growth and operational transformation. Those with the following certifications are preferred: Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), Project Management Professional (PMP). Experience integrating electronic security technologies with traditional guarding services.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$170,000-$190,000 , commensurate with experience + Performance-based bonus opportunity Vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement

$170,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
