David James Description We're looking for an experienced VP/Director, Agency Operations Management to lead our account management team, strategy, and growth initiatives. This role will be essential in partnering with leadership teams throughout the organization for ongoing collaboration. Manage, coach, and develop the commercial and personal lines account management team Oversee workflow management for best practices and monitor KPIs, translating them into measurable actions Hire and onboard high-performing team members; set goals and track performance Collaborate with sales and operations teams Build strong carrier relationships and maintain high standards of service to ensure client retention Ensure compliance with relevant regulations Requirements Strong people management and leadership skills Deep knowledge of commercial lines insurance 7-10+ years of experience in commercial account management /executive 2-5+ years in a progressive leadership role with an independent agency/broker Degree in Risk Management or a related field About Criterion Executive Search, Inc.
