In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence initiatives, oversee multiple departments with a focus on maintaining an excellent mission-driven culture. Your leadership will ensure seamless execution of processes and robust and obsessive attention to the customer. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making, empowering teams to achieve ambitious goals and deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Lead and execute operational excellence initiatives across all departments to optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality standards. Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage. Oversee business development management efforts to identify new opportunities, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships. Manage large-scale organizational change management projects to facilitate smooth transitions during restructuring or process updates. Direct business operations with a focus on process improvement, operational analysis, and profit and loss (P&L) management. Establish and monitor budgets, forecasting models, and financial management strategies to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability. Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels through verbal communication with executives. Supervise senior leadership teams across functions such as project management, program management, and operational analysis to foster high performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data-driven decision making and strategic management principles. Oversee management of operational risks, compliance standards, and large-scale organizational change initiatives to maintain agility in a fast-paced environment. Experience Bachelor's degree (minimum) Proven senior leadership experience in operations management within a complex organization or large enterprise environment. Demonstrated success in managing operational excellence initiatives and implementing process improvements at scale. Extensive background in business development management coupled with strategic planning expertise. Strong financial acumen including budget management, forecasting, profit & loss analysis, and executive-level budget oversight. Experience leading change management efforts during large-scale organizational transformations or restructuring projects. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executive teams and stakeholders at all levels. Skilled in project management methodologies, program management, and operational analysis to support continuous growth objectives. Supervising experience with cross-functional teams; capable of motivating high-performing teams while fostering collaboration across departments.
