No Summary of Primary Responsibilities:
Assists the VP Business Operations and CFO, and the Project Manager in establishing mission requirements for close interface with the Department of Energy. Supports the VP in support oversight of the Business Support Services group, as indicated above Conducts business in strict compliance with highest ethical standards, government regulations and contract provisions. Supports the company commitment to our customer to efficiently manage and operate the SPR to be ready to meet established drawdown requirements. Demonstrates a strong commitment to the company mission, vision and values and to working effectively with subordinates and peers to achieve these on a company-wide basis. Supports oversight and direction, motivation, coaching and feedback to business services team members ensuring the most effective and productive use of employee skills, abilities and talents. Ensures M&O Contractor continues on its quest for performance excellence. Reviews financial budgets and assists in monitoring fiscal affairs to ensure the greatest return on financial resources. Ensures compliance with applicable M&O Contractor and DOE policies and procedures in the areas of Finance, Human Resources, Property and Procurement. Leads Business Operations-wide or Company-wide initiatives (portfolio assignments) as assigned by the APM or PM. Acts as the APM Business Operations and CFO during APM’s absences. May act as Project Manager on an as required basis. Ensures compliance with Company business ethics policies, quality improvement objectives and standards of excellence.

Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or a related field, and fifteen years management experience, including three years at a Director level, required. MBA highly desirable. Experience in scheduling, planning, budgeting and in managing large-scale support operations required. Administration and communication skills must be high. Strong knowledge of the FAR is required. Experience in government contracting, ideally with DOE, are highly desirable. This position requires the candidate to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES
MBA, CPA and/or Contracting Certifications are highly desired
