The role will provide leadership for the implementation and delivery of the University's Campus Strategy and Campus Futures agenda. As a member of the Campus Services Senior Leadership Team, the postholder will also lead the delivery of an integrated portfolio encompassing property and space management initiatives, estate development, campus transformation, sustainability programmes, capital investment projects, property and space management initiatives and organisational change activities. The successful candidate will bring demonstrable experience of optimising complex property portfolios and programmes at a senior, strategic level. With commercial and technical acumen honed in the property/construction industry, you will have a proven track record of managing capital projects teams and external supply chains across a diverse portfolio of projects.
