Full-Time Position Summary A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to oversee daily operations and lead multiple functional areas, including engineering, manufacturing, production scheduling, maintenance, logistics, and human resources. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role will drive operational excellence, improve productivity, develop high-performing teams, and support continued business growth while maintaining exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Leadership Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership across manufacturing operations. Ensure production, quality, safety, and delivery objectives are consistently achieved. Optimize capacity, equipment utilization, and operational efficiency. Partner with executive leadership to establish priorities and support business objectives. Leadership & Team Development Build, mentor, and develop department leaders and supervisors. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Establish clear goals, monitor performance, and address challenges proactively. Promote employee engagement and leadership development throughout the organization. Continuous Improvement Lead initiatives that improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance. Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and support long-term growth. Oversee capital improvements and cross-functional operational projects. Systems & Process Management Utilize ERP systems and operational data to improve planning, scheduling, and decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and manufacturing best practices. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure operational success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. 8+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including oversight of multiple operational functions. Proven success leading manufacturing teams and improving productivity, quality, and operational performance. Experience working within an ERP-driven manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs, including productivity, equipment utilization, quality, cost control, and on-time delivery. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a high-mix, low-volume or custom manufacturing environment. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience. Demonstrated success leading organizational change and developing high-performing teams. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
