We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead the operations and strategic direction for the community. As a key member of a leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the organization remains committed to its mission and values.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, aligning with the company's mission and goals Oversee daily operations, including but not limited to: administration, finance, human resources, marketing, and sales Develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including staff, residents, families, and the community Foster a positive work culture, promoting employee engagement, retention, and development Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and industry best practices Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and optimal resource allocation Collaborate with other departments to identify and address operational inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement Represent the organization in local and national forums, promoting its brand and reputation

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related field Master's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) Proven track record of success in executive leadership, with a focus on operations, strategy, and team development Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Passion for healthcare and commitment to providing exceptional patient care and outcomes How to
