We're partnering with a fast-growing, high-performing QSR franchise group operating multiple locations across the Northeast. This organization is known for its people-first culture, operational excellence, and strong leadership team , with a clear focus on growth, development, and performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Multi-Unit Leader to step into a high-impact role overseeing multiple locations and directly influencing the success of the business.

The Role:

As a Multi-Unit Supervisor, you'll take ownership of several restaurant locations, leading operations, developing talent, and driving financial performance. You'll work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in building a strong, scalable operation.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support multiple restaurant locations across South Central Pennsylvania / surrounding markets Drive operational excellence and execution of brand standards Own and improve key performance metrics (speed, service, guest satisfaction, etc.) Coach, develop, and elevate General Managers and leadership teams Manage full P&L performance including labor, food cost, and controllables Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategic improvements Ensure best-in-class guest experience across all locations

What We're Looking For:

Multi-unit leadership experience within QSR or high-volume restaurant environments Strong operational background with a hands-on leadership style Proven ability to drive results through people and performance Solid financial acumen and experience managing P&Ls Passion for team development and building strong cultures Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Prior or current McDonalds Experience a must have
