Chief Banking Officer (Remote)
Angott Search Group - Minneapolis, MN, United States (Remote) Chief Banking Officer - Community Banking The Chief Banking Officer (CBO) is a key member of the Bank's Executive Leadership Team responsible for driving growth, profitability, and customer engagement across all business lines. The CBO provides strategic direction, leadership, and oversight of the Bank's retail, wealth management, insurance, and commercial banking divisions, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and long-term strategic plan. Our client is a community bank group that is under $1B in assets and has locations in the Upper Midwest. Candidates will need 10+ years of banking management experience that includes both Commercial and Retail Banking. Candidates will need to be living in the upper Midwest/Central Plain States. There will be on-site days throughout the year. Compensation $190,000.00
Salary Range $180,000 - $205,000 Job # 2295 Share
