Job Description

Position Overview This role is responsible for overseeing the technical and operational functions across assigned office locations while ensuring compliance with company standards, industry best practices, and client service expectations. The position provides leadership for operational performance, staffing, training, budget management, and profit and loss oversight for assigned offices. This individual will have direct and/or indirect responsibility for approximately 50-99 employees. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and embody core values including empathy, accountability, collaboration, growth, and inclusion. Work Schedule Hybrid Schedule - 3 Days In Office Key Responsibilities Manage overall operations for assigned offices and locations Establish policies and procedures to ensure compliance with: Industry best practices Claims management service standards State regulations Client service requirements Develop and implement business plans, goals, and objectives for assigned partnerships and office locations Monitor management reports and operational performance metrics Coordinate and support sales and client service initiatives Oversee staffing, training, and operational development needs Manage office budgets and profit & loss responsibilities Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services across all assigned offices Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred Professional certifications preferred, including:
CPCU ARM AIM AIC
Applicable licenses as required Required Experience Minimum of 10 years of claims management experience Minimum of 3 years of prior supervisory or management experience Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Required Skills Strong operational and office management experience Knowledge of claims management best practices and compliance standards Experience managing business operations, reporting, and performance metrics Leadership and team management skills Strong client service and relationship management abilities Budgeting and profit & loss management experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
