Senior Regional Home Care Administrator |

Wichita Falls or Abilene, Texas (Preferred) |

Outreach Health is seeking an exceptional Senior Leader to guide our Panhandle Region across six offices. This is not a "maintain the status quo" role. We are looking for a strategic, accountable, and people-first leader who can elevate performance, develop great leaders, strengthen operations, and drive regional growth. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of leaders across six locations Drive operational performance, growth, quality, and financial results Foster a culture where Accountability, Empathy, and Excellence are lived daily Establish consistency and operational excellence across the region Partner with executive leadership on regional strategy and execution Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners Travel throughout the region, including occasional overnight trips Remain visible, engaged, and deeply connected to teams and communities Requirements & Qualifications Recent experience as an Administrator or Alternate Administrator ( Must Have ) and meets all Texas state requirements for this role Proven success leading teams and driving operational performance alongside growth initiatives Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret and influence key performance metrics Track record of developing leaders and holding teams accountable Ability and willingness to travel throughout the region, including overnight travel as needed A leadership style that balances high expectations with empathy and respect What You Can Expect From Us We expect a lot from our leaders, and we believe you should expect a lot from your employer, too: Highly competitive base salary Opportunity to earn up to 50% of base salary in annual bonus compensation Discretionary Time Off (DTO) Significant leadership scope and autonomy The opportunity to influence regional operations and make a meaningful impact A leadership team that values initiative, candor, and results The chance to grow with an organization that has been serving communities for over 50 years Ready to Lead?
