With an expanding portfolio, we are building a team of driven leaders who want to grow with the organization and make a meaningful impact across multiple communities. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Living Operations Leader to work closely with the Senior Vice President (SVP) on strategic and operational initiatives across our portfolio. This role is ideal for a highly organized, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with the SVP on corporate and community-level operational initiatives Lead implementation of new projects and programs, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met Manage vendor relationships and oversee systems/platforms, including: Payroll systems CRM platforms Training systems Compliance tools Support compliance across operations, sales & marketing, and health services Facilitate onboarding and training programs for community teams Monitor and track financial performance, expense management, and occupancy stabilization Oversee survey readiness, including tracking surveys and managing Plans of Correction (POCs) Support Sales & Marketing strategies, campaigns, and execution Travel to communities to provide leadership support, audits, and training Core Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Collaborative leadership style Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Exceptional communication skills Cross-functional expertise (operations, sales, finance, HR) Qualifications 5+ years leadership experience in Senior Living Operations Regional Director of Operations or Senior Executive Director experience preferred Sales and Marketing leadership experience preferred Strong computer and systems proficiency (CRM, payroll, reporting tools) Based in Dallas/Fort Worth or willing to relocate Ability to travel up to 90% What We're Looking For A hands-on, accountable leader who drives results Someone eager to learn, grow, and scale with a rapidly expanding company A professional who can operate both strategically and tactically
