Work You'll Do We are seeking an experienced Government Sector Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the critical minerals ecosystem (e.g., exploration, extraction, processing/refining, separation, recycling, supply chain, and end-use demand), and a strong understanding of how government programs, policy, and funding mechanisms shape efforts across supply chain resilience and innovation across the critical minerals value chain. This role requires a strategic thinker, with the ability to work independently, mentor junior staff, and provide clear, actionable briefings to senior leaders on key critical minerals issues, risks, and opportunities. Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in geology, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, geology, earth sciences, or other relevant engineering/science field; Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working on matters related to the strategic materials ecosystem or critical minerals value chain.
• Must be located in Washington, DC and able to work part-time onsite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to travel up to 40% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Preferred
• Demonstrated ability to succinctly brief senior leaders on critical minerals topics, including supply risk, industrial capability, and value-chain bottlenecks.
• Comfortable working on a team, communicating.
