Salary Range:

Five or more years of experience managing insurance portfolios or agency operations. Advanced understanding of risk management and coverage structures. Strong track record of building and maintaining high-value client relationships. Leadership experience or a clear history of mentoring junior staff members. Proficiency in industry-standard agency management systems and data analysis tools. Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of our Fairfax office with a focus on long-term sustainability and growth. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our reach within the local market. Guide and mentor our sales producers to ensure they are providing thoughtful advice to every client. Maintain a high standard of service that reflects our commitment to the local community. Review complex insurance portfolios to identify coverage gaps and offer solutions that prioritize the client's peace of mind. Collaborate with executive leadership to refine our agency processes and internal culture.
