Job Description

Our client is seeking a Contracts Administrator - Construction/AEC who understands the language of construction contracts and can serve as a trusted resource across the organization. This role plays a key part in keeping projects moving smoothly by interpreting agreements, supporting internal teams, and reducing risk through clear, well-managed documentation. You'll join a growing, close-knit firm where your expertise directly supports operational success and long-term growth.

Compensation:
$50,000-$65,000 annually DOE + Bonus averaging approximately $8,000 per year, paid throughout the year
What You'll Be Doing:
Prepare, administer, and track construction-related contracts and amendments Interpret contract language and support internal teams, including accounting Coordinate approvals, signatures, and required documentation Maintain accurate contract records, logs, and version control Track insurance certificates, compliance items, and key milestones Support consultant agreements and alignment with prime contracts Assist with contract closeout documentation What You'll Need to
Be Considered:
Experience managing contracts within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry Ability to interpret and explain construction contract language to non-contract stakeholders Working knowledge of AIA contract documents or similar construction agreements
