Administer assigned subcontracts by continually reviewing progress, tracking budgets, and identifying potential technical, financial, or legal challenges. Negotiate subcontract change orders, amendments, and claims with subcontractors and clients to achieve equitable settlements. Organize and lead contract-related meetings, including pre-bid and pre-award clarifications, to ensure alignment among all stakeholders. Maintain control and status reporting documents while implementing standardized subcontract administration procedures for Our Client.
