This person will manage payer enrollment and credentialing, track contracting requests, and follow issues through resolution. (In-Person position) Responsibilities Prepare and submit provider credentialing, recredentialing, enrollment, and roster updates for both organizations. Maintain accurate provider and practice information in CAQH and payer portals. Track applications, effective dates, expirations, and outstanding requests; follow up with payers until each item is resolved. Coordinate credentialing and contracting for new providers and locations. Investigate participation discrepancies, enrollment delays, and payer records that may affect scheduling or claims payment. Maintain organized records of contracts, approvals, correspondence, and follow-up activity. Provide clear status updates to leadership and work with scheduling and billing teams when payer issues arise. Qualifications Experience with healthcare provider credentialing, payer enrollment, or contracting. Familiarity with CAQH, commercial insurance plans, Medicare, and Medi-Cal enrollment processes. Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through across multiple deadlines. Ability to communicate professionally with payers, providers, and internal teams. Experience supporting multiple practices or specialties is preferred.
