Job Description

Description We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join a growing technology organization in Irvine, California on a Contract basis. This role focuses on improving the accuracy, completeness, and organization of contract records across internal systems while supporting a high-volume cleanup initiative. The ideal candidate brings strong contract administration experience, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently across legal, finance, operations, and account management teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Examine customer agreements, amendments, and statements of work to confirm records are complete and properly documented.
  • Audit contract data within internal platforms, including ConnectWise, and correct inconsistencies to strengthen data reliability.
  • Monitor renewal and end dates to help maintain visibility into active contractual obligations.
  • Update account and contract records with accurate details related to terms, pricing, service levels, and key provisions.
  • Reconcile executed agreements against billing information and customer account documentation to identify mismatches.
  • Maintain organized contract files and flag missing, incomplete, or outdated documentation for follow-up.
  • Contribute to contract lifecycle tracking and reporting efforts that support broader operational visibility.
  • Partner with legal, finance, operations, and account teams to resolve discrepancies and improve record accuracy. Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, contract analysis, legal operations, contracts management, or corporate paralegal work.
  • Demonstrated ability to review, organize, and maintain contracts and supporting documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with databases or contract management systems.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills in deadline-driven environments.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of information while maintaining careful attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently, identifying inconsistencies, and following issues through to resolution.
  • Experience with ConnectWise or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with service agreements, master service agreements, and statements of work is a plus.
