Job Description

Bring your contracting expertise to a mission-driven, advanced materials and recycling platform building a first-of-its-kind manufacturing facility in Modesto, California. In this Contracts Manager - Manufacturing opportunity, you'll help ensure capital projects are properly negotiated, administered, and executed as recycled glass is transformed into low-carbon construction materials. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Contracts Manager - Manufacturing position include: 7+ years managing contracts for industrial construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, EPC, or process industry projects. Draft, review, negotiate, and administer construction, engineering, procurement, equipment supply, consulting, and service agreements. Manage the full contract lifecycle, including bid documents, contract execution, change orders, amendments, claims, and closeout. Coordinate contract reviews with internal stakeholders and outside legal counsel. Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, payment schedules, and compliance requirements. Identify contractual risks and recommend strategies to mitigate commercial exposure. Support contractor prequalification, bid evaluations, and contract award recommendations. Maintain organized contract documentation, records, and reporting systems.
Salary:
$175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
