- Summary
- Subcontracts Administrator III supports the senior subcontracts team in the management of various procurement and subcontracting activities for government and commercial programs. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
- Position Responsibilities
- + Provide cradle to grave administrative support for the preparation, issuance, and management of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and subcontract agreements.
- Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
- + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies
- + Knowledge of
FAR/DFARS
subcontracts principles. + Displays strong initiative and drive to accomplish goals and meet company objectives + Takes ownership and responsibility for current and past work products + Experience in Manufacturing operations + Is committed to learning from mistakes and driven to improve and enhance performance of oneself, others, and the company + Demonstrates excellent internal customer support in communications and turnaround time- Physical Demands
- + Ability to sit, stand, stoop, reach, lift (up to 10 lbs.), bend, etc. Hand and wrist dexterity to utilize the computer. + Ability to work in a manufacturing environment. + May require 10 % travel to Subcontractor sites and special company functions.
- Special Requirements
- + U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. + Must be able to travel within the Continental U.S. and internationally when required.
- Clearance Level
- Secret The salary range for this role is: $89,000 - $135,750 AeroVironment considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the location, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
ITAR Requirement:
- _This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations ("ITAR") and/or the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR").
