Job Description Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of proposals for the construction department. Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposal content. Ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines for all submissions. Maintain and update proposal templates and related documentation. Track and manage proposal timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify proposal requirements and expectations. Support the team with administrative tasks related to proposal development. Identify opportunities for process improvement in proposal coordination. The Successful Applicant A successful Proposal Coordinator should have: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience with proposal coordination or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000.
