F135 FIAR
Integration Manager is primarily responsible for the execution of F135 Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) related initiatives across the F135 program, supporting organizations and subcontractors. The F135 Integration Manager will implement process changes, lead digital projects, perform data analysis and implementation of tasks to ensure compliance with accountability and financial statement audit activities.
What You Will Do Integration Planning:
Partner with the cross-program and cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans working closely with the teams to ensure compliance with overall

goals. Support integration of new data sources and digital tools to enhance the program's overall compliance activities.
Analytics:
Data collection, analysis, and collaboration to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and timely updates to support teams in decision making and issue resolution.
Project Management:
Manage digital solutions to enable reporting of government property data from P&W and subcontractor systems to USG systems.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive enhancements to enable continuous improvement of data processes, tools, and reporting methods to drive efficiency, accuracy, and actionable insights for the F135 program. Strong proven leadership skills, analytical thinking, sharing a vision and ability to gain consensus among a group of individuals and organizations required. Adept at managing cross-functional teams and leading cross-functional meetings. Strong communication and relationship skills, ability to self-start, analyze and address solutions to complex situations. Qualifications You Must Have BS/BA 8 years of experience in supply chain, business, property, and/or project management experience or an Advanced degree with 5 years of supply chain, business, property, and/or project management experience U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Travel required,
