You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customer commitments are technically sound, manufacturable, and financially viable within high-precision manufacturing sectors. Responsibilities Analyze technical documentation, including blueprints, statements of work, and purchase orders, to ensure full alignment with internal capabilities. Assess the feasibility of manufacturing processes, focusing on sheet metal fabrication, tolerances, and material specifications. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to quality, compliance, and production schedules before project initiation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into actionable production plans and technical requirements. Evaluate the profitability of incoming projects by analyzing labor, tooling, and material cost drivers. Ensure seamless flow-down of critical quality and traceability requirements to internal departments and supply chain partners. Resolve technical conflicts or ambiguities in customer specifications to maintain project momentum and operational efficiency. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering. Proven experience applying engineering principles in a technical manufacturing or defense environment. Strong proficiency in interpreting complex engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications. Demonstrated ability to assess the impact of quality standards on production workflows. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on risk assessment and cost-benefit analysis. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with sheet metal forming, punching, and fabrication processes.
