Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Contract Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee and manage all operational aspects of the Contract Maintenance Department. This includes managing a team of maintenance staff, ensuring quality control, and maintaining employee / customer satisfaction. The Contract Maintenance Operations Manager also handles administrative tasks such as budgeting, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business.Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Experience:
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
