We're looking for a Licensing & Contracting Administrator to join our growing IWORK team and support the onboarding and compliance operations of life and health insurance agents across the country. Duties Manage the full licensing and contracting process for independent agents and agencies. Submit contracting paperwork to carriers and follow up for status updates. Maintain up-to-date records of agent licenses, appointments, and renewals. Monitor continuing education (CE) and compliance requirements by state. Serve as the liaison between agents, carriers, and internal departments. Ensure accurate completion of all onboarding documentation and background checks. Track appointment expirations and assist with renewals or reappointments. Requirements Previous experience in insurance licensing and contracting (Life and Health required). Familiarity with carrier portals and tools (e.g., SuranceBay, NIPR, SureLC). Strong administrative and organizational skills. Experience with ACA/Medicare Contracting is a must. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and follow-up abilities. Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion. Tech-savvy - comfortable with spreadsheets, digital document management, and CRM systems.
