Commercial Administrator GLCD Corporation Hialeah, FL Job Details Full-time $20 - $22 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Spanish English Administrative experience Business Administration Business Associate's degree Time management Full Job Description Position Summary The Commercial Administrator will provide administrative and operational support to the commercial team, contributing to the effective management of processes related to key accounts, territories, and distributors. Key Areas & Responsibilities Support CVS reconciliation and billing processes, including data review, administrative follow-up, and resolution of discrepancies. Assist with CVS pricing administration and price adjustments in accordance with internal guidelines and approvals. Manage and track orders and purchase orders across assigned territories. Support the review and calculation of distributor commissions based on existing commercial agreements. Monitor billing, payments, and delivery activities related to California operations. Prepare basic reports and coordinate with internal departments to ensure clear and timely communication. Support National Account Managers with daily national account management activities. Prepare promotional sales reports and performance dashboards. Maintain promotional trackers. Develop and maintain internal performance dashboards. Ensure data accuracy, including but not limited to pricing, product listings, and product specifications using Sage. Maintain promotional data within internal systems for billing and account reconciliation purposes. Coordinate new product samples. Coordinate new product information and compile required documentation for customer accounts. Manage internal workflows among Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams. Assist with new product launches, including timelines, Werksmart evaluations, TTBT creation, and internal meetings. Support the preparation of customer presentations. Maintain the product catalog, including existing and newly introduced SKUs. Qualifications Experience in administrative and commercial support functions. Basic knowledge of invoicing, reconciliations, and order management. Experience with pricing administration and related adjustments. Ability to monitor payments, deliveries, and territory-based operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and administrative systems. Spanish required; English preferred. Education & Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in administrative support, sales support, account management support, or a related role. Skills & Abilities Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with Sage or similar ERP systems preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
