Oversees the administration of contracts for equipment and supplies; may also deal with surplus or unclaimed property.

Job Description
OEM, VAR, IT
services, or technology solutions industry strongly preferred Strong understanding of common contract structures (MSA, SOW, NDA, etc.) Proven ability to independently review and redline contracts with minimal oversight Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a high-growth or services-driven organization Familiarity with technology vendor agreements and partner ecosystems Hands-on experience implementing, administering, and optimizing a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system (e.g., Ironclad strongly preferred) Location Requirement Will be based in the Boise, Idaho area (including Meridian and surrounding communities) or willing to relocate to the Boise/Meridian area Who we are CompuNet, Inc. is an engineering-led IT solution provider that offers consulting, design, and professional services.
