This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the AEC pursuit process and can take an RFP/RFQ from initial strategy through final submission and interview preparation. You'll work closely with leadership, operations, technical teams, and business development to create compelling, client-focused materials. Senior Marketing Proposal Manager Job Responsibilities Lead RFP/RFQ responses, including strategy, writing, editing, design, layout, and production. Develop proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, resumes, project sheets, case studies, and marketing collateral. Lead strategy and preparation for client interview presentations. Work with technical teams to develop project stories and compelling pursuit content. Create brochures, award submissions, e-blasts, social media content, and other communications materials. Coordinate staff and project photography. Maintain marketing databases, project information, resumes, and proposal content. Ensure materials consistently follow brand standards. Support business development and industry/community involvement. Senior Marketing Proposal Manager Job Requirements 10+ years of progressive Marketing or Communications experience , preferably within the AEC industry. Significant experience managing RFPs, RFQs, proposals, and qualifications packages . Strong writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently. Experience with Adobe InDesign and InCopy . Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace . Familiarity with WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or similar content management systems. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. An accredited degree may substitute for up to four years of experience.
