In this role, you will specialize in Medicaid Managed Care contracts while reconciling payments against these contracts. You will perform financial analyses on account-based reimbursement, ensuring all payments aligned with contract language. You will serve as a key point of contact in resolving payment variances, identifying trends and safeguarding our organization against potential financial losses. The ideal candidate should be very organized and demonstrate the ability to work well alone and within a TEAM. They should also demonstrate extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, have experience with electronic health records (EHR) and hospital billing. A knowledge of Medicaid rules/regulations is also a plus.
