This role will be responsible for administering subcontract agreements, supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring alignment between client contract requirements and subcontractor obligations related to GMP delivery, change management, notices, risk allocation, and schedule impacts. Serving as the primary point of contact for subcontract-related correspondence, the Contracts Administrator will partner closely with the Project Contract Manager to manage commercial documentation, maintain contractual compliance, and mitigate risk throughout project execution. This individual will oversee multiple subcontractors, support administration of a high volume of contract documents, and help ensure costs, obligations, and risk allocations are accurately captured and flowed down in accordance with the prime contract.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE5-7
years of experience administrating contracts in the construction or EPC industry (industrial projects) 5+ years with procure software Experience managing at least 5-7 subs at one time Excellent communication skills and ability to escalate and problem solve without upper management intervention Bachelor's degree

EXPERIENCEExperience with formation and negotiation Experience redlining a prime contract Assistance in drafting corporate contracts templates Experience with Data Center projects
Pay:
$91,079.86 - $120,000.00 per year
