Job Description

Philips Contract Management, Business Partner Cambridge, MA Apply Contract Management, Business Partner Contract Management, Business Partner leads negotiation and management of complex, high-value contracts, ensuring terms align with company objectives and legal requirements while implementing advanced frameworks and serving as the organization's subject-matter expert. They conduct thorough risk assessments and dispute resolution, mentor a diverse team, contribute to policy formulation, and collaborate cross-functionally to align contract strategy with business goals while providing detailed analyses for executive decision-making.
Your role:
Serves as the subject-matter expert for high-value, complex contracts—leading negotiation, drafting, execution, and dispute resolution to ensure alignment with company objectives and legal standards. Designs and implements advanced contract management frameworks, policies, and best practices to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conducts comprehensive risk assessments and develops robust mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests. Partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align contract strategy with business goals and provide strategic input for decision-making. Coaches and mentors a diverse team, prepares executive-level analyses and reports on contract performance and opportunities, and continuously integrates industry and legal developments. You're the right fit if: Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Law or equivalent. 5+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Sales, Contract Management or equivalent.
Expertise in contract lifecycle management:
drafting and negotiating contracts, defining contractual terms, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting document audits and data management, and implementing risk mitigation and KPI-driven performance monitoring.
Strategic commercial and stakeholder leadership:
applying commercial acumen to align contract strategy with business goals, managing stakeholders, driving strategy implementation, and fostering continuous improvement. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $117,000 to $187,000 The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA and Bothell, WA is $131,040.00 to $209,664.00 The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
