Job Description

Surety Bond Administrator
  • Direct contact for surety accounts.
  • Provide prompt service to construction clients for Bond execution
  • Preparation of indemnity agreements, Subordination agreements etc.
  • Follow up with clients for underwriting information on projects and for annual financial updates
  • Become proficient on preparing, billing and reporting final bonds including Surety 2000 on line program
  • Review and revamp work flows, job descriptions, etc.
  • Study for and earn the AFSB designation https://web.
theinstitutes.org/designations/associate-fidelity-and-surety-bonding Performance measured by 1. Bond accuracy 2. Client satisfaction 3. Account retention o Start date ASAP o Participation in all Phillips Insurance benefits plans when eligible o Hours 8:00 to 4:15 M-F.
