We are seeking an experienced Contracts and Materials Compliance Analyst to oversee contract administration, evaluate material and technical requirements, and support the successful execution of customer and supplier agreements within a highly regulated environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contract-related activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, reviewing technical and procurement documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and experience working with regulated contracts and technical specifications. Key Responsibilities Contract Administration and Compliance Manage and maintain contractual agreements while ensuring adherence to established requirements and procedures. Prepare and communicate detailed contractual instructions and requirement flow-downs to internal stakeholders. Coordinate contract review processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely execution. Technical Documentation Review Review, analyze, and edit technical, procurement, and contract-related documentation for accuracy and compliance. Evaluate material specifications, certifications, and supporting documentation to ensure alignment with contractual obligations. Verify technical requirements and facilitate resolution of contract-related compliance issues. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and business stakeholders to ensure contractual requirements are clearly understood and effectively executed. Support contract execution activities through ongoing communication and issue resolution. Maintain positive and productive working relationships across multiple teams and functions. Materials and Transfer Analysis Assess material suitability and compliance against applicable technical and contractual requirements. Support reviews of specialized components, materials, and product documentation where regulatory and quality requirements are critical. Provide recommendations and guidance regarding material transfer and compliance considerations. Process Improvement and Operational Support Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within contract administration and compliance processes. Recommend and implement process enhancements that improve quality, efficiency, and compliance. Support management teams by providing training, guidance, and expertise on contract-related matters. Regulatory and Quality Compliance Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, quality standards, and organizational policies. Support audit readiness activities and maintain accurate contractual and compliance records. Assist with specialized compliance reviews and documentation requirements as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 5+ years of experience in contract administration, compliance, procurement, technical operations, or a related field. Strong understanding of contract management principles, regulatory compliance, and technical documentation review. Experience interpreting technical specifications, material certifications, and contractual requirements. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and order processing workflows. Working knowledge of accounting, business operations, and commercial contract practices. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to work independently and effectively within deadline-driven environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in highly regulated industries such as manufacturing, industrial operations, engineering, aerospace, defense, energy, or related sectors. Knowledge of regulatory contracting frameworks and compliance requirements. Experience reviewing technical product documentation, certifications, and quality records. Familiarity with ERP and business management systems supporting procurement, contracts, and operations. Experience supporting cross-functional teams in contract execution and compliance management.
