Job Description

Administrative Specialist Salary range determined by level; intermediate, journeyman and senior. Levels determined by direct related experience and education. Overview Tech(x) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist I to support internal operations and program leadership on the CyberTron contract . This role is critical in ensuring efficient administrative coordination, effective communication, and seamless workflow execution within a dynamic, mission-focused environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to program leadership in execution of the CyberTron contract. Coordinate and manage complex calendars, meetings, and internal events to ensure alignment with program priorities and deliverables. Support program execution by maintaining schedules, tracking action items, and facilitating workflow coordination across teams. Develop, format, and maintain professional business documentation, including reports, briefings, and executive-level correspondence. Maintain and manage organizational systems for documentation, records, and program artifacts in accordance with established processes. Serve as a central point of coordination for internal communications, ensuring timely dissemination of information and materials. Exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive, proprietary, and classified-adjacent information in compliance with security requirements. Assist in preparing leadership, at different levels, for meetings, reviews, and program milestones through development of materials and logistical coordination. Support continuous process improvement by identifying administrative efficiencies and enhancing workflow practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure administrative alignment with mission objectives and program requirements. Perform additional duties as required to support program success and operational effectiveness. Ensure proper handling, storage, and controlled access to sensitive documentation. Perform additional duties as assigned in support of program objectives. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and leadership. Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. Direct related experience on a federal contract. Experience working in a technical lab environment. Experience working with the Crypto Mod Branch. Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 20 lbs. Able to bend, stretch, and twist Able to stand or sit for long periods of time
Clearance:
Ability to obtain a DoW secret level clearance.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. 0-5 years of administrative, office support, or clerical experience. Experience supporting government or defense-related programs is a plus.
Location:
Aberdeen Proving Grounds , Maryland 21001 Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, on site.
