The Impact You Will Have As a Provider Partner, you will manage day-to-day relationships with small healthcare providers, ensuring operational efficiency, contract compliance, and positive engagement. In this role, you will support contract negotiation, onboarding, and issue resolution while collaborating with internal teams to maintain accurate records and uphold regulatory standards. What You'll Do Manage daily provider interactions, resolve operational issues, and respond to standard inquiries; log issues, track progress, and escalate per defined thresholds. Negotiate provider contracts within established guidelines and timelines; apply basic principles of contract negotiation and compliance; prepare reports summarizing negotiation status and outcomes. Coordinate onboarding activities for small providers using standardized templates and processes. Analyze and interpret contracting and financial data to identify opportunities for improved provider engagement and contract value. Monitor adherence to contract terms, operational requirements, and performance against budget targets and deadlines; maintain accurate records of provider contacts, actions, and outcomes. How You'll Do It Collaborate with internal teams (finance, credentialing, compliance) to resolve provider-related issues and maintain alignment with organizational standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal contract administration policies across all assigned activities. Performs additional responsibilities consistent with the scope and level of the role, as assigned. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of related contracts and/or legal professional experience. Bachelor's degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted. Preferred Skills & Experience Ability to tailor communication to varied audiences, actively listen to uncover requirements, and ensure accurate and timely information exchange. Ability to analyze information, identify patterns and root causes, and collaborate with partners to implement practical solutions. Ability to effectively organize work, balance competing priorities, and manage time across multiple responsibilities and deadlines. Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations, including statutes, administrative requirements, regulatory processes, and their interpretation and impact. Knowledge of payment and operational standards, including coding and reimbursement methodologies, contract language and compliance, claims operations, medical management, and quality/clinical programs. Understanding of contract law and compliance frameworks, including healthcare regulations, data privacy, and vendor risk management. Experience with contract redlining tools and related legal technology. Role Designation Hybrid Anchored in Connection Our hybrid approach is designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person connection and collaboration. We come together in the office two days each week - most teams designate at least one anchor day to ensure team interaction. These in-person moments foster relationships, creativity, and alignment. The rest of the week you are empowered to work remote.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range:
$79,100.00 - $104,800.00 - $130,500.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
