Job Description
Required Education:
Master's DegreeRequired Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Healthcare industry experience
- Banking or financial services contract experience
- Experience supporting large enterprise organizations
- Familiarity with technology, professional services, and operational agreements
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Experience with contract remediation, amendment reviews, and contract lifecycle activitiesWe are looking for experienced contract attorneys who can provide immediate support reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and remediating corporate agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Background supporting corporate legal departments or procurement organizations
- Ability to manage a high volume of agreements while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders
