Job Duties & Responsibilities- Analyze client data to identify discrepancies and recover overpayments
- Review contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation to validate claims
- Generate, document, and submit claims in accordance with company standards
- Update and manage information in the claims management system
- Communicate with vendors to provide backup documentation and resolve inquiries
- Prepare and send claim packages to vendors and/or clients
- Pull documents from buyers, contracts, and internal systems as needed
- Support the audit team in various project activities
- Respond to vendor inquiries with clear, professional written communication
- Investigate and resolve issues related to client procedures or business operations
- Meet productivity and quality targets for both volume and financial value of claims
- Ensure deadlines and timelines for audit cycles are met consistently
- Contribute to process improvements and share audit best practices
- Other duties as assigned Knowledge & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in audit, data analysis, claims processing, or a similar function is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with audit processes or financial recovery is a plus.
