Lead Administrator (Network)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Network Voice Engineer to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise voice and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of voice services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support VoIP systems (Cisco, Avaya, or similar) Configure and troubleshoot voice gateways, IP phones, and call managers Monitor network and voice performance, ensuring minimal downtime Perform root cause analysis and resolve voice/network incidents Coordinate with service providers and internal IT teams

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, RTP, and QoS Experience with routers, switches, and voice gateways Hands-on experience with CUCM/Avaya preferred Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN and network protocols Good communication and troubleshooting skills

Mandatory Skills:

Cisco Routing and Switching .

Experience:

5-8 Years . The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
