Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How you'll make an impact Review tender documents to understand customer requirements and scope

Prepare accurate, competitive quotations using cost analysis and benchmarks

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather technical and commercial inputs

Manage tender timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time submissions

Analyze bid opportunities and contribute to bid/no-bid decisions

Identify and assess risks in bids, contracts, and estimates

Maintain clear, compliant documentation and perform quality checks

Engage with customers to clarify requirements and support a positive experience Your background Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, bids, or quotation preparation

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical and market data

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tendering/CRM tools

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
