Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract-to-Hire) Raleigh/Morrisville, NC $20-$25/hour based on experience Full-Time Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and connecting great people with great opportunities? Were seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing organization during an exciting period of expansion. This is an immediate contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth.
What Youll Do:
- Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Conduct phone screens and assess candidate fit
- Schedule interviews and partner with hiring managers
- Manage high-volume candidate communications and follow-up
- Maintain recruiting activity and candidate records in the ATS
- Track recruiting metrics and support hiring goals across the organization
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
